The Eagle’s Nest is perched atop large boulders and features a deck overlooking Yelapa’s bay. Is the best place to spot whales and dolphins, which are frequent visitors to this part of Mexico’s Pacific Coast.
This palapa features one ”hanging” double bed, a private bathroom and a balcony, is the favorite for honeymooners and romantics.
El Jardin also has a wonderful spacious communal area that includes a full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and oceanfront yard for all guests to use.
A manager lives permanently on site. He is there to take care of the land, property and also help guests with any questions they might have.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Due to our small size, cancellations have significant negative repercussions. Therefore, our policy is strict.
Confidentiality: All information provided will be confidential and will only be viewed by staff. We do not share any of your personal information under any circumstances. Your information will not be used for advertising purposes.
• Payment and Cancellation Policy for stays of 3 nights or less in a single casa:
Full payment required upon booking. In case of cancellation:
– 30 days or more: Full refund after deduction of bank and management fees (5%).
– 29 days or less: 50% refund of the payment.
• Payment and Cancellation Policy for stays of 3 nights or more in a single casa:
50% deposit required upon booking, final balance due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation:
– 30 days or more: full refund less bank and administration fees (5%).
– 29 days or less: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Payment and cancellation policy for stays of 3 nights or more for two or more casas:
50% deposit required upon booking, final balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation:
– 60 days or more: full refund less bank charges (5%).
– 59 to 30 days: 50% refund of the deposit.
– 29 days or less: no refund; the deposit will be retained.
Upon arrival: No refund will be issued for cancellations or shortened stays.
