El Jardin is the perfect place to spend your Mexican beach vacation.
It consists of a large fully equipped kitchen and living area, surrounded by open-air palapas for sleeping and personal space. Every spot on the property allows for stunning ocean views and easy observation of the seaside jungle.
El Jardin is perfect for groups, yoga & meditation retreats, family reunions, weddings, conferences or other events.
We offer five open-air palapas of various sizes for rent: Eagle’s Nest, Casa Banana, Casa Mango, Casa Bamboo, and Casa Hibiscus. Casa Eagle’s Nest, Casa Bamboo and casa Hibiscus have their own private, adjoining bathrooms. Casa Banana and Casa Mango have their own private bathrooms just a few feet from the palapa. Payment and Cancellation Policies
Due to our small size, cancellations have significant negative repercussions. Therefore, our policy is strict.
Confidentiality: All information provided will be confidential and will only be viewed by staff. We do not share any of your personal information under any circumstances. Your information will not be used for advertising purposes.
• Payment and Cancellation Policy for stays of 3 nights or less in a single casa:
Full payment required upon booking. In case of cancellation:
– 30 days or more: Full refund after deduction of bank and management fees (5%).
– 29 days or less: 50% refund of the payment.
• Payment and Cancellation Policy for stays of 3 nights or more in a single casa:
50% deposit required upon booking, final balance due no later than 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation:
– 30 days or more: full refund less bank and administration fees (5%).
– 29 days or less: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Payment and cancellation policy for stays of 3 nights or more for two or more casas:
50% deposit required upon booking, final balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation:
– 60 days or more: full refund less bank charges (5%).
– 59 to 30 days: 50% refund of the deposit.
– 29 days or less: no refund; the deposit will be retained.
Upon arrival: No refund will be issued for cancellations or shortened stays.
